Wipe the Anti-Drop Sensors with a dry cloth to maintain their effectiveness. 2 The Driving Wheels may be tangled with hair or debris. Remove hair/debris from Driving Wheel. 3 The mechanical bumper rail may be stuck. Press each side of the mechanical bumper rail to see if it rebounds automatically.

1 The Charging Dock should be plugged in and placed on a level floor against the wall. Keep the immediate area 1.5m/5 in front of the charger and 0.5m/1.6 on both sides of the Charging Dock clear of objects without the distraction of other appliances. 2 Make sure the robots Bottom Power Switch is ON also the charging station.
3 Make sure the Charging Dock is plugged in and the robots Charging Contacts have made a connection with the Charging Dock Pins on the Charging Dock. 4 If the robots battery is fully discharged or has not used for a long time, its capacity may decrease and need to be reactivated. To reactivate the battery: Place the robot on the Charging Dock by hand, remove after charging for 3 minutes; repeat 3 times, then charge normally for 3-5 hours. 5 The Charging Dock should be plugged in and placed on a level floor against the wall. Keep the immediate area 1.5m/5 in front of the charger and 0.5m/1.6on both sides of the Charging Dock clear of objects.

Please make sure if there is hair or debris from Driving Wheel, side brush or other parts.Why my robot charge all the time but did not work? Please make sure if the battery is bad connected or if the battery indicator light flashing when charging? If there is a flashing but the robot still does not work, please press the automatic button on charging base to check if machines can leave to work? To keep all the button in the condition of on. Can my robot vacuum water or liquid? No, the robot cannot vacuum water or liquid, which will be damage the robot. And the robot cannot work on very wet floor. Why my robot cannot go across the threshold? Please discharge the water tank part or the robot has its height limitation that needs human intervention.
Why my robot worked for a few minutes then stopped working? Please check if the driving wheels, side brushes or other parts get stuck.
My robot is dead after boot? Please make sure if the battery is off. Push the battery part, then turn it to ON button. Please check if the robot charged, robot should be charged to recondition the battery, if the charging indicator light flashing?Could the robot clean carpet? The robot could clean the carpet but the clean effect may not as good as hard floor. Why the remote control does not work?
The remote control should be near to the robot and there is some limitation for the distance just as the relation between TV and the remote control. Why my robot always get stuck? Please make sure if the driving wheel or other parts twist with hair or debris. And please clear up the toys and other large articles so that the robot could work well.
Why my robot is not so smart, sometimes i have to watch it while working? The robot needs time to adjust the room environment, after several times, it will get better. Sometimes, there needs some human intervention. The robot will plan or program the route according to room environment to switch modes automatically.
The suction port has limited size, so some large particles could not be picked up. Why there is hair twisted in the brush? Could i separate the robot with pets while working?
The robot is quiet while working, so it may not affect your pets but please take care of your pets for the first time robot working. Why the cleaning modes so complex and does not work for my robot? Please make sure the power is enough and sometimes the robot needs time to adapt the home environment and dirty condition.
Please be careful for the battery if damaged to avoid pollution. Why my robot bump the chairs or furniture as deaf? The robot recognizes environment or obstacles by infrared sensors, for dark color obstacles or floors, it may not recognize so well.
